Introduction
The machine can manufacture all the kinds of syringes, including luer slip type, luer lock type and partial head type.With safety hood and detecting system.
Main working process:
Automatic feeding and printing for syringe barrels.
Inspecting printed effect,eliminating defective products.
Inspecting inside of barrel, eliminating defective products with foreign matter, yellow spot, black spot etc.
Automatic oil injection for qualified products.
All the parts of syringe automatic feeding and assembling.
Assembly inspection at exit, eliminating no needles,no gaskets,no plungers etc.
Products outlet can be connected with packing machine.
The complete equipment,including printing machine,detecting system,assembly machine,is controlled by independent PLC.The three parts not only mutual independence(one of them need maintenance, others still can work),but also they are connected(any material shortage could stop the equipment).
The components that contacting with this machine has employed stainless steel(SUS304),Nylon(MC) and special conveyed belts for food that approved by FDA, and the components used in other parts have been embalmed correspondingly. The welds and joints are smooth, nice appearance.
